UpFrom

UpFrom is a generosity and mentorship platform that helps nonprofits, churches, and community organizations build teams of volunteers around at-risk families in the United States. Instead of matching a family with a single mentor, the platform surrounds each household with a small team that provides consistent communication, connection, and coordination through a mobile app featuring secure messaging, event scheduling, training, and background checks. Organizations get a web-based admin dashboard with a compliance layer covering user onboarding, team orchestration, program oversight and reporting, event management, and fundraising tools, so they can track engagement and outcomes in real time and scale their programs.

UpFrom was conceived and built inside Method Five Labs (M5), one of Eagle Venture Fund's venture builder labs, which pre-validated the concept with numerous partner organizations before development. The mobile app and admin dashboard are live, with early pilot demand from mentoring teams, churches, and anti-trafficking organizations.
